Aqeedah Class

Every Wednesday Directly After Isha Prayer Is our Aqeedah Class with Sheikh Abdallah Bayoumi “Aqeedah” refers to the Islamic creed or the fundamentals of Islamic faith. Aqeedah classes typically cover central beliefs in Islam, which may include:

Tawheed (Monotheism): The belief in the oneness of Allah. This is the cornerstone of Islamic belief, emphasizing that there is no god but Allah.

Prophets and Messengers:  Understanding the role and significance of prophets and messengers in conveying Allah’s message. This includes belief in all prophets, from Adam to Muhammad (peace be upon them all).

Angels: The belief in angels as creations of Allah who perform various tasks assigned to them, like Angel Gabriel, who delivered revelations to the prophets.

Holy Books: Belief in the divine books revealed to the prophets, including the Torah, Psalms, Gospel, and Quran, with the Quran being the final and unaltered word of Allah.

Day of Judgment: The belief that all humans will be resurrected and judged by Allah based on their deeds in this life.

Qadar (Divine Decree): The belief in divine predestination, understanding that Allah has preordained all events, yet humans have free will to make choices.

Afterlife: Belief in life after death, including concepts of Heaven (Paradise) and Hell.

Aqeedah classes aim to deepen understanding of these beliefs and how they integrate into the daily life and spirituality of Muslims.
